After signing Marcus Rashford on loan from Manchester United, Aston Villa has implemented a stringent Marcus Rashford policy.

Villa made the decision to bolster their attack by bringing in Rashford and Marco Asensio on loan after allowing Jhon Duran to depart for Al Nassr in a £62.5 million transfer.

Rashford has been impressive in his five appearances for Villa, and he assisted both goals in the 2-1 victory over Chelsea, despite the time he spent in the cold under Ruben Amorim.

According to reports, Villa has the option to make the transfer permanent for a fee of £40 million if they are satisfied with Rashford’s performances.

The England international has already been subjected to a regulation by the Midlands outfit.

Rashford made his Villa debut last week in a 2-2 draw against Liverpool, playing 67 minutes before being replaced by Jacob Ramsey.

Rashford’s full debut for the club was undoubtedly a significant topic of conversation; however, the Daily Mail reports that discourse regarding him was effectively prohibited.

In the mixed zone, where players pass by journalists after games, Youri Tielemans was questioned about Rashford’s initial start.

Nevertheless, a press officer intervened and informed the present media that there would be “No questions on Rashford.” It is a stark contrast to the recent period at United, during which it appeared that Amorim was only being questioned about Rashford and whether his situation had changed.

Villa suffered a surprising 4-1 defeat at Crystal Palace on Tuesday night, following an impressive comeback victory over Chelsea at the weekend.

Rashford was introduced as a second-half substitute for Ollie Watkins, with Villa already trailing by 2-1.

Unai Emery contemplates Palace’s defeat Villa, who suffered an injury to goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez, equalised early in the second half through Morgan Rogers. However, they were subsequently defeated by a strike from Jean-Philippe Mateta.

The performance levels of his team deteriorated as the game progressed, leaving manager Unai Emery frustrated.

“We controlled the game and were more or less dominant for the first 30 minutes,” he stated during a press conference.

“We were generating opportunities and not relinquishing them.”

“They scored on the first opportunity they had, the first corner we conceded.” It was a challenging experience for us. Then, we were progressively deteriorating. In the second half, we levelled the score, and at that moment, we considered that it may be the moment to respond by regaining control of the match, ensuring that we maintain ball possession, and attempting to prevent them from scoring.

“However, they scored the second and third goals, which made it increasingly challenging for us.” We were not as dominant in our duels with them. Losing in this environment is exceedingly difficult. Acceptance is mandatory. We are irritated and must endeavour to progress.

Emery’s team will attempt to regain momentum with a fifth-round FA Cup match against Cardiff City at Villa Park on Friday.
