Con Harrison, an insider for both the Gunners and the Scouts, initially supplied an update that was comparable earlier in the day. AFC AMDEN has also provided more insight into the matter.

It is anticipated that Arsenal will make a formal announcement that White has undergone surgery. This news is a significant setback for Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, considering how prominent and dependable the Englishman has been since joining the club from English football.

After joining Arsenal in the summer of 2021, the 27-year-old player has participated in 145 games for the club. It was revealed in March that he had been suffering from a knee injury for the most of the 2023-24 season until the beginning of the season.

Since the beginning of the season, White has been utilised in both the centre back and right back positions, and Arteta and the supporters will be praying that he returns sooner rather than later.

Injuries have caused a significant damage to Arsenal’s prospects of winning the championship this season, and Martin Odegaard has only just recently returned to full fitness.

The Gunners had a difficult time playing without the midfielder who represented Norway internationally. During his absence, the Gunners lost three games and drew another three across all competitions. The news that White will be out of action for some time after undergoing surgery is unfortunate.

Additionally, Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka are not now fit after being taken out against Chelsea on Sunday. Additionally, they have withdrawn from international duty with England. However, it is anticipated that they will be able to play when the Premier League resumes on November 23.
