Erik ten Hag is a useful addition. Joshua Zirkzee can learn from famous Manchester United player and coach Ruud van Nistelrooy as the new season approaches.
Zirkzee signed from Bologna. Ten Hag is eager to learn from the former attacker by training with his fellow countryman Van Nistelrooy.
Zirkzee, who was previously with Bologna, moved to United over the weekend and inked a five-year contract worth £36 million ($46 million).
He currently works with fellow countrymen Ten Hag, the manager of the Red Devils, and Van Nistelrooy, the new deputy manager. Between 2001 and 2006, they scored 150 goals together. The 23-year-old has been recommended to learn from former striker Van Nistelrooy before the new season starts.
Despite winning the FA Cup, United’s season in the Premier League previous year was disappointing, as they finished eighth. Nonetheless, the Red Devils are headed in the right direction ahead of the forthcoming campaign. With the signing of Zirkzee, Ten Hag’s team has signalled their resolve by getting closer to United’s chase of Lille centre-back Leny Yoro. Zirkzee Joshua (2024–2025) Zirkzee may play for United this Saturday against Rangers, on July 27 against Arsenal, on July 31 against Real Betis, and on August 3 against Liverpool. Zirkzee declined the chance to sign with AC Milan.
