My personal terms to join Manchester United have been agreed upon, but the transfer has been put on hold for the time being since I requested that they sell TWO players first. I am unable to collaborate with players of this nature. Transfer target for Manchester United Nkuku has confirmed that he would be joining Manchester United, but there is a very serious condition.

As the French attacker fails to gain a starting berth at Stamford Bridge, Manchester United are “interested” in bringing Chelsea star Christopher Nkunku to Old Trafford in January. This is because Nkunku is now playing for Chelsea.

After the West London club activated the £52 million release clause in the contract of the former RB Leipzig star, the 27-year-old player has been with Chelsea since the summer of last year during the transfer window.

Nkunku’s first season at Stamford Bridge was a complete and utter failure due to the fact that the player, who suffered with fitness concerns, only made 14 appearances during that time. This is something that the French player has made up for over the first portion of the 2024/25 season, as the Blues player has already scored ten goals and provided one assist across the course of seventeen playing matches.

Despite this, the 27-year-old players have only played 154 minutes in the Premier League. This is due to the fact that Enzo Maresca wants Nicolas Jackson to lead his line. As a result, the France international player has been dissatisfied with his current situation in West London.

In the run-up to the January transfer window, this has resulted in reports that Nkunku is leaving Chelsea. Mick Brown, a former Premier League scout, has stated that Manchester United is one of the clubs that is “interested” in acquiring the former RB Leipzig star.

Ruben Amorim’s Manchester United club is a “perfect” fit for Christopher Nkunku, according to Amorim.
Despite the fact that the January transfer window is drawing nearer, Mick Brown has offered an update on the situation regarding Nkunku’s future at Chelsea. The former scout has admitted that Manchester United is one of the teams that are interested in the 27-year-old player.

As far as I can tell, Manchester United are definitely interested, Brown said in an interview with Football Insider. I’ve been told that he is on their list of targets, and that he is someone who they may attempt to get either in the month of January or in the summer.

“He’s one of these modern-day players where he’s not really a striker, not really a midfielder, and not really a winger,” the former scout added. “He’s not really a striker, in fact, he’s not really a striker at all.” One might say that he is a hybrid of all three of them.

The strikers on Amorim’s Sporting squad are all speedy, and they play off the back of defenders and put them under pressure. This is something that you can see when you look at the team.

“I have the impression that Nkunku is the kind of player who would be an excellent fit for that team. Even more impressive is the fact that he is capable of playing at this level on a weekly basis.
