Manchester United have reached an agreement on personal terms with a player who has won the Bundesliga, while another significant transfer is also nearing completion.
Football Insider sources have confirmed that Manchester United have reached an agreement on personal terms with Noussair Mazraoui, the right-back from Bayern Munich.

Additional negotiations are scheduled to take place on Monday between Manchester United and the prominent German football club on the amount of money to be paid for the transfer and the arrangement of payment terms.

Mazraoui engaged in negotiations to join West Ham earlier this summer but declined their offer.

The 26-year-old has given preliminary agreement to the transfer to Old Trafford, and the completion of the transaction is now becoming more likely.

Since 2022, the Morocco international has been a member of the German team and has participated in 55 matches.

Mazraoui made 29 appearances for Bayern Munich past season in various competitions, contributing with four assists.

Erik ten Hag has prioritised enhancing his defensive resources throughout the summer, and has already secured the acquisition of Leny Yoro for the club.

Football Insider reports that Manchester United is prepared to allow the England international to depart this summer, as West Ham United has expressed interest in acquiring him. The agreement is approaching while the conversations persist.

Aside from Wan-Bissaka, Football Insider has disclosed that the club is open to receiving offers for Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof, indicating that these defenders may also be leaving the team.

Manchester United is actively seeking to acquire another central defender during the summer transfer window, with Matthijs de Ligt being the primary target at the moment.
