Manchester United has received a significant boost in their efforts to buy a player for €25 million. A new transfer option has resurfaced as an alternative to Ivan Toney.
It has been stated that Brian Brobbey, a striker for Ajax, and a top transfer target for Manchester United, is eager to compete in the Premier League in the upcoming season, amidst persistent uncertainty regarding his future.

Anticipated for some time now, the 22-year-old Netherlands international is expected to come to Old Trafford as a result of his work with Erik ten Hag.

Following a challenging season with RB Leipzig, during which he struggled to leave a lasting impact, Brobbey subsequently joined the esteemed Amsterdam club and has since netted a total of 49 goals in 119 matches.

In addition, he has earned three international appearances for the senior national team of the Netherlands.

There is a belief that he may depart from the Johan Cruyff Arena once more during the upcoming summer. Currently, a deal to United seems unlikely.

Joshua Zirkzee was signed this summer to enhance Ten Hag’s choices, following the acquisition of Rasmus Hojlund as their main attacker previous summer.

The acquisition of centre backs and a midfield player is essential for any future negotiations.

INEOS is also receptive to acquiring another left-back. Currently, there are no imminent intentions to further reinforce the attacking positions. However, there are indications that Manchester United would reconsider pursuing Ivan Toney, an English striker, provided Brentford lowers their requested fee, which is rumoured to be over £40 million.
