Amorim hints at drastic Rashford decision, as Man Utd ‘strongest eleven’ comment made

A former Manchester United defender said that the team that lost to Wolves might be the best that they ever have. Ruben Amorim dropped the biggest hint yet that Marcus Rashford will never play for Manchester United again.

Man United didn’t have Rashford in their matchday group for the fourth straight game on Christmas Day. There is no injury to the 27-year-old, so he is easily ready for selection. Manager Amorim even said Rashford was eager to play, but he wasn’t going to be called up.

Amorim has said that the star’s continued omissions are due to standards and a lack of effort in training.

Rashford has also been said to be for sale by the club, with Manchester United putting a value on their local star between £50 million and £60 million.

A reliable reporter, David Ornstein, recently said that a loan is the most likely result if Rashford does leave in January. That would be like the straight loan deals Manchester United made with Getafe for Mason Greenwood and Borussia Dortmund for Jadon Sancho in the last few weeks.

By putting himself in the shop window, Rashford would try to get back into shape and raise his transfer worth before the summer sale.

And based on what Amorim said after the 2-0 loss to Wolves, Rashford won’t have the chance to improve his value while playing for Manchester United.

When asked about Rashford’s fourth straight snub after the game, Amorim said, “It’s always going to be it for the same reason.”

“Whether we win or lose, we have to be the same professionals and guys.” I need to get stronger because I lost. I’ll stick with my idea until the end.

Amaro gave a direct answer when asked if Rashford had changed since being left out: “If he’s not here, you can make up your mind.”

When Bruno Fernandes saw red early in the second half, he set his team a tough challenge. The goal came directly from a corner kick by Matheus Cunha, who is a confirmed Arsenal target. In extra time, Hwang Hee-chan scored the second goal.

It was another setback in the early stages of Amorim’s reign, even though he put together what Wes Brown thought was his best possible team.

When asked about Rashford’s absence before the game, Brown, who played 362 times for the club during their best years under Sir Alex Ferguson, said, “It’s disappointing again that [Rashford’s] not in the squad.”

“It looks like the manager has set the rules: ‘If you want to be in the team, these are the rules you have to follow everywhere, on and off the field.'”

“And in the end, that still hasn’t been fixed.” Marcus leaving will make us very sad. But at the end of the day, you need to agree with the boss.

“To be honest, I think it’s getting close to Amorim’s best lineup.” This is probably the closest you’ll get for now.

United’s eleven players on the day were Andre Onana in goal, Leny Yoro, Harry Maguire, and Lisandro Martinez in the back three, Noussair Mazraoui and Diogo Dalot on the wings, Kobbie Mainoo and Manuel Ugarte in the middle, Amad Diallo and Bruno Fernandes as the No. 10s, and Rasmus Hojlund up front.
