Arsenal has made a £60 million transfer ‘offer’ to Real Madrid for another young player to join Ødegaard.

According to Sport, Arsenal are interested in signing Arda Guler, a Real Madrid prodigy. The Premier League team believes he has the potential to be their next game and repeat Martin Odegaard’s success.

Arda Guler is a potential talent.
Last summer, Real Madrid bought Arda Guler from Fenerbahce, which proved to be an excellent decision. The child was instantly pleased by his on-field performance. He appears to be a bright future prospect for the Spanish club.

However, Guler has struggled to gain enough playing time this season. He has played in 12 games, totaling 307 minutes. He averages two shots, 1.7 critical passes, and one dribble per game (data from whoscored).

The Turkish attacker is flexible enough to play many positions on the attacking front. He has outstanding ball skills and is an intriguing playmaker. He also helps defensively and has the ability to service a top-tier team for a number of years.

Who will succeed Martin Odegaard?
When Arsenal bought Martin Odegaard from Real Madrid, many people questioned their judgment. It was a pure risk, with little prospect of success. However, the purchase proved to be a goldmine for the English club, as the player has developed as a crucial contributor in recent years.

The Gunners are interested in signing him in order to repeat Arda Guler’s achievements. They feel he has the capacity to host shows on European evenings. Furthermore, Mikel Arteta’s team has been struggling offensively, and the youngster’s presence will undoubtedly assist in that regard.

However, it is unclear if Arsenal will be able to reach an agreement with Real Madrid or not. The Spanish team is unlikely to surrender its valuable property that lightly. Instead, they will prefer a loan period so that Guler may continue to improve his game.
