Manchester United engaged recruitment guru Christopher Vivell to benefit from his experience, and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect.

Ineos strengthened Manchester United’s behind-the-scenes team earlier this month by hiring recruitment wizard Christopher Vivell.

Vivell has come in expressly for the transfer window, and this may be a role that evolves into something more serious.

He has a proven track record of making major deals, most notably the successful transfer of Erling Haaland to Red Bull Salzburg.

Manchester United is seeking the “next Haaland.”

Vivell was instrumental in persuading Erling Haaland to join Salzburg from Molde, a time when numerous prominent clubs were interested in the Norwegian.

Sport1 designated him as “the Haaland discoverer,” and Vivell elaborated on how he persuaded the striker to join by providing a clear path to first-team football.

Vivell is currently in a prime position to replicate his renowned acquisition, as Manchester United are currently tracking a youthful striker with an exceptional goalscoring record.

After scoring 32 goals in 19 games, Goal.com has labelled Chido Obi-Martin “Arsenal’s own Erling Haaland.” This was in addition to his 10 goals in a single match at the under-16 level.

The 16-year-old has now made the decision to resign from Arsenal and is seriously considering joining Manchester United, according to The Athletic.

Obi-Martin is scheduled to make a decision regarding his destiny next week. According to HITC, the striker has reached an agreement with United regarding his personal terms and the club is confident that he will elect to sign with them.

The potential Chido Obi-Martin agreement is an exciting development for United.
Christopher Vivell is not the sole individual who will be instrumental in the Vivell deal; however, his prior success in securing a highly sought-after, dynamic center-forward will undoubtedly prove advantageous as the Red Devils endeavour to finalise the agreement.

Ruud van Nistelrooy, a renowned striker, is also a member of Manchester United’s coaching staff. Obi-Martin may find it advantageous to acquire knowledge from him.

United has the potential to benefit from this agreement for many years to come, despite the absence of immediate expectations.

How advantageous would it have been for Manchester United to have retained Erling Haaland during his adolescent years?

Haaland was recommended for a transfer by former manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer; however, United lacked the necessary expertise, vision, or ability to execute the transaction.

United appear to be determined to seize the opportunity to secure the “next Haaland” with Vivell currently working behind the scenes.
