CONFIRMED: Manchester United have finally won the transfer battle over Arsenal and Chelsea as £80m hitman who netted 12goals from 11games this season have agreed personal terms to join Amorim project by January
It has been confirmed that Manchester United have emerged victorious in the transfer battle against Arsenal and Chelsea. The £80 million striker, who has scored 12 goals in 11 games this season, has reached a personal agreement to join the Amorim initiative by January.
Manchester United has received a substantial advantage by acquiring Viktor Gyokeres, a star player from Sporting Lisbon, as Arsenal and Barcelona have lost interest in him.
The Red Devils have experienced a disheartening start to the Premier League campaign, which has been primarily attributed to their subpar execution. They have scored only 12 goals in 11 outings.
Ruben Amorim, the new manager, may pursue an additional star striker next summer if Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee fail to progress under his guidance.
United have received a significant advantage as Arsenal and Barcelona have distanced themselves from the 26-year-old star, and Amorim may prefer a reunion with Gyokeres.
Deco, the sporting director of Barcelona, recently stated that the club is satisfied with Robert Lewandowski’s advancement and is not contemplating Gyokeres, despite his impressive scoring record.
Con Harrison has asserted that Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak is the primary forward target of Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta, despite the fact that Arsenal has been associated with Gyokeres for some time.
Given this, United may have the opportunity to sign Gyokeres, who has emerged as one of the most formidable strikers in the world of football in the past 18 months.

The 26-year-old was exceptional in his debut season for Sporting, scoring 43 goals and providing 15 assists in 51 appearances. This term, he has maintained his performance, scoring 23 goals and providing four assists in 18 appearances.
Gyokeres has demonstrated that he is not a one-season marvel, and United may seriously contemplate reuniting him with Amorim if Hojlund and Zirkzee continue to experience difficulty scoring goals.
Sporting is prepared to sell the marksman for £63 million next summer, despite the fact that his contract includes an £83 million release clause. United may become the favourites as a result of Amorim’s association with Gyokeres.
