Manchester United are about to officially announce the departure of yet another key member of their starting lineup during the summer transfer window of 2024.
Manchester United have finalised a deal to transfer defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka to West Ham United.

The 26-year-old is expected to join Julen Lopetegui’s team in a £15 million agreement, with the right-back scheduled to undergo a medical examination at the London club on Sunday.

United have been actively seeking to offload Wan-Bissaka throughout the summer, since he has reached the last year of his existing contract. They have already arranged for Bayern Munich full-back Noussair Mazraoui to take his place.

Wan-Bissaka did not participate in United’s match against Man City in the Community Shield on Saturday afternoon. His last game for the club was in their penultimate pre-season friendly against Liverpool last weekend.

Prior to the Wembley battle, Romano announced on social media: “Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s transfer to West Ham is imminent!” A verbal agreement has been established for the transfer of a right back from Manchester United to West Ham United, as originally intended. Comprehend the medical tests that have already been scheduled for Sunday regarding AWB. The fee amount will be £15 million. Manchester United granted authorisation for Aaron Wan-Bissaka to embark on a journey… Mazraoui will be joining in the near future.

United have reached a consensus with Bayern Munich for the acquisitions of Matthijs de Ligt and Mazraoui. According to sources, De Ligt’s entrance would need an initial payment of €45m, plus €5m (£39m + £4m), while Mazraoui’s move will cost €15m plus €5m (£13m + £4m).

If they pass their medical examinations without any complications, the duo may be ready to play in Manchester United’s first Premier League match against Fulham next Friday.
