Pep Guardiola was incensed by Arteta’s decision to activate the release clause of the £80 million South American superstar that Guardiola wanted to sign by January. “If Arsenal signs this special talent, I will resign as a coach forever. We approached him first, but now Arsenal is trying to take advantage of our current form and I hope F!FA is aware of this,” Guardiola said.

Vitor Reis, a gifted young prospect from Palmeiras, is being closely watched by a number of teams, including Arsenal, who may have a good chance of signing him. After making his debut in Palmeiras’ first squad, the 18-year-old has made a big impact and drawn interest from a number of elite European clubs. Arsenal, who have a history of identifying and acquiring Brazilian players, is said to be among the top contenders for Reis because they believe he has a lot of potential.

The Gunners are eager to get Reis to North London because they believe he has a bright future. With a track record of bringing in Brazilian players like Gabriel Martinelli and Gabriel Magalhães, Arsenal’s team already has a sizable Brazilian presence. If Reis were to join, he would undoubtedly feel at home because of the common language and culture, which would facilitate his adjustment to English football.

But there are other teams vying for Reis besides Arsenal. Leading European teams like Real Madrid and Chelsea are reportedly keeping an eye on the player’s development as well, according to a report from Nosso Palestra. Despite the competition, Arsenal is presently in the lead to sign him. It is thought that the Gunners would be in the greatest position to do so if the adolescent decides to relocate to Europe in the near future.

Even though Reis is clearly a gifted player, Arsenal could be better off giving him more time to reach his full potential before making a significant move. Although he has shown promise, he would probably benefit from more development and experience at Palmeiras before moving to one of the best leagues in Europe, as is the case with many young stars. He might end up playing a significant role for Arsenal in the future if his development keeps going in the right direction.
