After witnessing Manchester United’s performance against Everton, supporters of the club have demanded that the club sell one player as soon as possible.

Everton’s Goodison Park was the location of United’s final match, which took place on Saturday morning. The match was against David Moyes, who had previously managed the club.

After suffering a defeat at the hands of Tottenham Hotspur the previous week, the Red Devils fell further behind the Toffees in the Premier League table. Fans had hoped that their team would come back stronger for the match that will take place on Saturday.

However, with the score at halftime standing at 2-0 in favour of the home team, supporters of United have taken to social media to single out a specific player, asserting that he ought to be sold during the summer.

The home team took the lead early in the half thanks to a goal scored by the in-form striker for Everton, Beto. Subsequently, a mistake made by the United defender Harry Maguire allowed Abdoulaye Doucoure to have the opportunity to double Everton’s lead before halftime.

Despite the fact that United custodian Andre Onana was able to block a powerful shot from Jack Harrison, he was rendered helpless after Maguire was unable to beat Doucoure in the air. The fans are not pleased with this outcome.

“Maguire has the turning ability of an HGV lorry,” one fan wrote in response to his performance in the first half of the game.

On the other hand, one individual asserted, “Maguire is one of the worst players I’ve ever seen at this establishment.”

The sentiment was shared by another individual, who wrote, “That defending from Harry Maguire is a real throwback to his worst days while wearing a United shirt.” United is absolutely being harassed and intimidated.

Furthermore, one of them demanded, “You can’t tell me that we are a serious club and then give Maguire a new contract.” When the summer arrives, sell him.

With the current result, United would be in 15th place in the league standings and only 12 points away from the relegation zone. This would be the case if the original result were to remain unchanged.

With tough matches against Arsenal, Nottingham Forest, and local rivals Manchester City all within their next five Premier League matches, it is becoming a real possibility that United will enter the relegation zone. The majority of United fans would find the idea of entering the relegation zone to be incomprehensible given the circumstances.

In the meantime, Everton, who have been enjoying a fantastic run since the return of former manager Moyes, would climb to the 12th position on the table if they were to win.
