There is a great desire for a Manchester United fly-on-the-wall documentary, as streaming giants Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+ all queue up to film the Premier League team.

Three big streaming companies are teaming up to produce a fly-on-the-wall show on Manchester United.

Several films of this sort have been produced regarding Premier League teams. Amazon has produced ‘All or Nothing’ episodes about Manchester City, Tottenham, Arsenal, and Newcastle United’s seasons.

According to The Sun, the Red Devils have not ruled out filming a fly-on-the-wall program, but it is not currently at the top of their priority list. Production firms representing Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+ allegedly contacted them to evaluate their degree of interest.

The main focuses on the red side of Manchester are improving their poor league place and enhancing the club’s infrastructure, with work underway at Carrington and debates ongoing concerning their stadium – whether to renovate Old Trafford or create a new arena.A documentary on the club’s present status would undoubtedly draw viewers. United have seen significant highs and lows under Erik ten Hag’s tenure, with the Dutchman himself under pressure to maintain his job. Sir Jim Ratcliffe established the new INEOS organization, which includes players such as Omar Berrada and Dan Ashworth, both of whom had been in Amazon films at prior teams.

Managers have been moved on in prior documentaries, with Tottenham’s decision to fire Mauricio Pochettino and replace him with Jose Mourinho featuring prominently in the first episodes of their Amazon documentary.

Ten Hag, on the other hand, remains defiant about his viewpoint, having drawn consecutive games away from home. On Sunday, they held Aston Villa to a goalless draw, three days after drawing 3-3 with Porto in the Europa League. The United manager was happy with their current performance, despite their defence being questioned. He stated, “We had that resilience throughout the season. We surrendered three goals against Tottenham [in a 3-0 defeat last Saturday] despite being down to eleven players, and we still pushed for the victory. But for the rest, this is our fourth clean sheet.

“This indicates that we are headed in the right way. We are now improving our defense against counterattacks as well as our control of possession. But we also need to improve in the last third.”
