Even though Jadon Sancho and Erik ten Hag have put their personal issues behind them, the England international is still not the Dutchman’s preferred winger in the starting lineup.

According to the most recent media sources, Man Utd is getting ready to execute a strategic trade in which they would sign Manuel Ugarte in return for selling Sancho to the big French clubs.

As a result, PSG has emerged as the front-runner to replace the former Dortmund player at Old Trafford this summer.

According to the most recent media rumours, Manchester United is lining up a calculated trade in which they will give Manuel Ugarte to the French powerhouses and sell Sancho to them.

The Red Devils are reportedly “working on a deal” to sign the Uruguayan international and trade the English winger to the Ligue 1 powerhouses, according to today’s issue of Sunday World.

Man Utd has been after Ugarte for a considerable amount of time, and there have been rumours in the press that a signing agreement is near.

The Premier League club’s unwillingness to match the asking price of £50.2 million (59 million euros) has proven to be the obstacle.

Nonetheless, Sunday World asserts that Man Utd will eventually acquire Ugarte to bolster their midfield prior to the summer transfer window closing if the financials of a swap deal including Sancho can be worked out.

In the first Premier League encounter, Ten Hag’s team defeated Fulham 3-0, but the Cottagers caused them problems by finding openings.

Man Utd will strengthen their defensive position with the addition of Ugarte, therefore they need to move quickly to finalise the transaction.
