Next weekend, Manchester United takes on Manchester City in the Community Shield match, and the club is not ready to defeat the Premier League winners.

So far this summer, the Red Devils have finalised two deals. After signing with Leny Yoro from Lille, he sustained a long-term injury right away.

However, Joshua Zirkzee, a forward from the Netherlands, did not play a minute in the preseason after coming from Bologna to bolster the attack force.

In the final preseason friendly against Liverpool, Jadon Sancho was used in the False No. 9 role because Rasmus Hojlund was also sidelined due to injury.

With such a thin roster, I’m not sure how Manchester United will defeat the Sky Blues in the Community Shield.

Prior to the first Premier League match against Fulham, Erik ten Hag needs to re-enter the transfer market and bolster the club.

TDF claims that Man Utd and Noussair Mazraoui are very close to reaching an agreement over a fee of £25.6 million (30 million euros) to sign the player.

The Moroccan international was coached by Erik ten Hag of Ajax, who is well-versed in the player’s attributes, and won three Eredivisie titles there.

In Bayern’s most recent friendly match against Tottenham Hotspur, which the Bavarians won 2-1, the 26-year-old fullback entered as a replacement for the Bavarians.

Therefore, Mazraoui is prepared to bolster Manchester United’s defence as soon as the new campaign kicks off.

The African player is reportedly exclusively interested in moving to United, and Bayern is prepared to transfer him to the Old Trafford team.

In the next days, perhaps, Mazraoui will be able to make it to Manchester to finalise the transaction.
