Reports indicate that Paris Saint-Germain is getting ready to make a £75 million offer to acquire Marcus Rashford from Manchester United over the upcoming summer.

PSG is actively seeking to acquire a new player to fill the void left by Kylian Mbappe, who will be departing the club at the conclusion of the season and is anticipated to join Real Madrid.

On the other hand, Rashford has encountered difficulties in maintaining good performance for Manchester United this season, having scored a mere seven goals in the Premier League thus far.

Nonetheless, according to the Mirror, PSG continues to have an interest in acquiring Rashford and intends to assess United’s willingness to sell with a £75m proposal during the upcoming summer transfer window.

According to the report, United assess Rashford’s value to be around £100m but may be enticed by PSG’s offer.

Rashford’s current deal with United has a duration of over four years and is valued at £350,000 per week.

The England international has been scrutiny for his performances this season, and in January, he was informally admonished by Ten Hag for visiting a nightclub and subsequently skipping a training session the following morning.

Marcus Rashford, a forward for Manchester United
Wayne Rooney, speaking on Rashford’s circumstances at Manchester United prior to the team’s 2-0 victory over Everton on Saturday, advised the forward to enhance both his performance and his nonverbal communication while playing.

When questioned about if he felt sympathy for Rashford at United, Rooney responded, “To be honest, not a great deal.”

‘He holds a privileged position as a player for Manchester United.’

‘He is the only player that I believe can surpass my record for scoring goals.’ I am optimistic that he will succeed, but he must have a consistent performance. He is now experiencing a subpar season, hence he must regain his performance and assume a leadership role.

‘I believe he lacks the qualities of a leader.’ Occasionally, his body language appears suboptimal.

‘Players like Raphael Varane and Bruno Fernandes should be extracting that level of performance from Marcus.’
