Rodri, the midfielder for Manchester City, has expressed his enthusiasm about the prospect of securing the club’s fourth consecutive Premier League championship.

Following a 1-1 draw against Liverpool at Anfield, Manchester City currently occupies the third position in the standings, trailing Arsenal and Liverpool by only one point. However, Arsenal holds the top spot due to a superior goal difference. The upcoming significant match for the city is against Arsenal, which will be played at their home stadium. Additionally, they have matches scheduled against Aston Villa and Tottenham.

“We require a respite.” “After the FA Cup game against Newcastle, we will transition to the international teams. This break will provide us with an opportunity to rejuvenate ourselves and make a final strong effort towards the end of the season,” stated Rodri.

“We are aware of our strong performance in the latter part of the season. Our main objective now is to rejuvenate ourselves and concentrate on the remaining 10 games.” It appears that winning nine or ten games is necessary to secure victory in the Premier League. We will accept this challenge and proceed with determination.

Rodri concedes that Manchester City did not perform at their optimal level against Liverpool, despite taking the lead in the first half. After the intermission, Liverpool quickly recovered and, in response to Alex Mac Allister’s penalty that leveled the score, it was the home team that appeared more probable to secure a victory.

“A remarkable game.” We opened the game with a strong display of opportunities and control, which I believe was quite commendable. “The second half belonged to them,” stated the City midfielder. “Due to the large number of spectators and the aggressive playing style and pressing tactics of the opposing team, we were unable to effectively exploit the available gaps in their defense.”
