What is the budget that Chelsea is willing to allocate for the acquisition of Napoli’s Victor Osimhen?

Victor Osimhen, a striker for Napoli, is wanted by Chelsea this summer; however, the club has established a budget.

Victor Osimhen was the subject of significant speculation during the summer, but negotiations were unsuccessful due to his release clause, which appeared to discourage Chelsea.

Nevertheless, the desire of Napoli for Romelu Lukaku may now create the opportunity for a swap transaction that would result in Osimhen moving in the opposite direction.

It would be an extremely advantageous arrangement for Chelsea, which is currently in the process of displacing Lukaku and recruiting a new striker.

However, Napoli will also require compensation, which could pose an issue for the Blues if they opt for a direct exchange.

Chelsea is interested in incorporating more than one player into the agreement for Victor Osimhen.
Chelsea may instruct Napoli to acquire additional players in addition to Lukaku. Chelsea is interested in incorporating multiple players into the prospective deal for Osimhen, as reported by CaughtOffside.

According to the publication, Chelsea intends to substantially reduce the cost of Osimhen by doing so, with the goal of spending less than £45 million on their new striker.

Lukaku, £45 million, and an additional Chelsea player do not appear to be the most detrimental arrangement for Napoli. However, it is improbable that a Serie A team would contemplate such a proposal.

However, they have been unwilling to meet Lukaku’s asking price thus far, and Chelsea are also declining to activate Osimhen’s release clause. Consequently, this may prove to be the optimal resolution for both organisations.

It is possible that Chelsea could offer Cesare Casadei, as Napoli are interested in the Italian player.

Casadei is unlikely to be included in Enzo Maresca’s senior roster this summer due to his absence from the team’s tour of the United States.

Napoli will demand a sum exceeding £45 million for Victor Osimhen.
Despite the inclusion of Lukaku in the agreement, it is impossible for Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis to accept a £45 million offer for Osimhen.

Ultimately, this is a player who inked a new contract with a reported £110m release clause only last year.

You suspect that a significant amount of negotiation will be required if Osimhen is to arrive at Stamford Bridge before the transfer window closes.
