‘World-class’ Liverpool target now close to signing for PSG

PSG appears to be going to beat Liverpool to another potential target as well. Liverpool has not yet made a deal this summer, and it appears that PSG will do so this summer.

Up to this point, the Reds have been playing a patient game in the window due to the fact that nobody has presented themselves.

There are only a limited number of players in the world of football that have the potential to improve the squad, according to reports, and Liverpool insiders believe that this is the reason why they are waiting for the right moment.

But with only a few weeks left till the start of the season, there are those Liverpool fans who are getting increasingly impatient.

And to add insult to injury, it appears like Paris Saint-Germain are going to be signing a player who was said to be moving to Liverpool only the week before.

PSG is getting closer to signing Willian Pacho, which Liverpool has shown interest in.
Fabrizio Romano claims that Willian Pacho is on the verge of signing with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) after the French club reached an agreement with Eintracht Frankfurt to acquire the defender with interest.

In addition, it is believed that Pacho, who is regarded as “world-class” in Germany, has reached an agreement with the Ligue 1 giants about his personal terms.

During his appearance on X, Romano provided an update on Pacho, stating that his well-known “here we go” will be arriving in the near future.

Recent days have seen reports that claim a transaction of fifty million pounds could be in the works between Pacho and Liverpool.

On the other hand, it appears that he is currently on his way to Paris Saint-Germain, as yet another player is slipping away.

Will Liverpool make any new signings?
There is not a lot of time left in the transfer window, and Liverpool is currently in the position of having to decide whether they will spend money or stick with what they already have.

The presence of a new manager in the building is typically indicative of new signings; yet, at the moment, there is a lack of activity.

The likes of Anthony Gordon are being connected with Liverpool, but that would be an expensive transfer to make. Meanwhile, the long-term objective Federico Chiesa appears to be more likely to join Tottenham or Arsenal at this time when compared to other players.

In light of this, Liverpool might end up spending the entire summer without signing anyone.
