What’s the difference between Arsenal’s next five Premier League matches and those of Liverpool and Chelsea in terms of the title race? Despite the absence of Bukayo Saka, Arsenal prepared for yet another challenging test outside of Emirate.

After defeating Crystal Palace for the second time in a span of four days, Arsenal was able to get back to winning ways in competitive Premier League action. As a result of their draws against Fulham and Everton, the Gunners were in need of three points, and they were able to get exactly that while simultaneously reducing the gap between themselves and Liverpool before their match against Tottenham on Sunday.

After scoring a hat trick against the same opponents, Gabriel Jesus opened the scoring with a deft finish from inside the box. He had just finished his hat trick. After Ismaila Sarr scored an equalizer for the Gunners, Jesus scored again just a few moments later, bringing the Gunners’ lead back to within striking distance.

Mikel Arteta was dealt a significant blow when Bukayo Saka was forced to leave the game due to a hamstring injury. This occurred despite the fact that Arsenal had regained the lead. Kai Havertz added a third goal for Arsenal after he was the first to react to Jesus’ header hitting the post. This allowed Arsenal to continue their offensive momentum despite his absence.

After that, Gabriel Martinelli steered a shot from Declan Rice into the back of the net, which resulted in Arsenal’s fourth goal. Rice went on to score a fifth goal in the last minutes of the match. With their victory, the Gunners have thrown the challenge down to Chelsea and Liverpool, who will be facing Everton and Tottenham on Sunday, respectively. Chelsea and Liverpool will be facing Everton and Tottenham.

With that being said, football.london has conducted an analysis of the upcoming matches that Arsenal and their rivals for the title will be playing.

The next five Premier League matches that Arsenal will play

Premier League match against Ipswich Town’s home team on December 27 at 8:15 p.m.

The verdict

Arsenal have a series of very hard Premier League matchups following their clash against Ipswich after Christmas. Mikel Arteta’s team will be the clear favorites to defeat the newly promoted team at Emirates Stadium, especially after their most recent home loss to Newcastle, which they suffered by a score of 4-0.

After that, on New Year’s Day, the Gunners will travel across London to play Brentford. This comes after the Bees dropped their unbeaten streak at home, which they had been holding for a while. Arsenal is slated to play Brighton at Amex Stadium three days after that, which is another trip south for the club.

There are two home games that come after that, but they are going to be very difficult ones. In the span of three days, there will be a North London Derby match against Tottenham, as well as a match against Aston Villa, who defeated the Gunners at Emirates Stadium during the previous season.
