Birmingham City’s chairman, Tom Wagner, expresses Chris Davies’ sentiments
15 points have been earned by Birmingham City from their first 11 Championship games.

Tom Wagner says he is “comfortable” with Birmingham City’s season-opening performance and has reiterated his backing for Chris Davies.
The Blues have only won twice in their last eight Championship games, but they ended a four-game losing streak at Preston North End on Tuesday.
They sit in the center of a crowded Championship table, seven points above the bottom three and three points outside the top six.
Our Birmingham City starting lineup vs Bristol City includes two substitutions and a midfield overload.
The Championship opponents of Birmingham City will lose points after submitting an administration request.
A few weeks ago, Wagner backed Davies and utilized his meeting with fans at Wednesday night’s Open House to go into further detail on the team’s performance.
Regarding the club’s standing, our place in the table, what we’ve witnessed on the field, and where I believe we’ll go from here, he stated: “I’m very comfortable.”
We have a new team and a manager who is playing in the Championship for the first time, and I’m enjoying the process now that we’re back in it.
I also like that we are, I believe it is fair to say, the most data-forward club in all of European football.
“We’re really focused on data and analysis, with the analysis being the more crucial component. We’re lucky to have a manager that accepts, comprehends, and knows how to use it, and I’m afraid of where we’ll be in a short time.
Our ability to think about and use data, as well as how it improves our capacity to make compelling decisions, seems to be improving every week. I can assure you that we will soon surpass the competitors.
“All I have to say about it is that I’m comfortable, confident, and excited. There is no need for concern.
