Kobbie Mainoo's pay at Manchester United will triple amid a stellar breakthrough season.

In the midst of his excellent breakthrough season with the team, midfielder Kobbie Mainoo is set to receive an improved contract from Manchester United.

In November of last year, the 18-year-old made his Premier League debut in its entirety. Since then, he has revealed himself in a number of remarkable performances.

Under manager Erik ten Hag, the teenager is currently one of the undisputed starters and has already shown a great deal of maturity for his young age.

The Sun has now claimed that the team has chosen to offer Mainoo a new contract that will triple his current weekly salary of £20,000.

When Mainoo’s first team appearances reached double figures a few months ago, his salary increased to £20,000.

He will now be bound by a new contract with the club through June 2030. His pay could increase dramatically depending on his performance in the field.

Mainoo has the capacity to develop into a superb midfield player.
The former United player had a strong start to the preseason, but during the US tour, he suffered an unfortunate knee injury against Real Madrid.

He had to wait until late November to make his league debut as a result, but Ten Hag and the supporters now love him.

In the league, Mainoo has a passing accuracy of 85% and has won 52% of his duels.

Together with 1.6 clearances and 3.3 ball recoveries, the rookie has earned 1.7 tackles per game.

For his age, Mainoo has lost possession fewer than eight times per outing, which is pretty good.

As he gains more experience, he should only get better.

He’s a perfect fit for Ten Hag and United because of his versatility as a midfielder. At the moment, Mainoo undoubtedly appears unstoppable.
