Paris Saint-Germain is reportedly making an effort to entice the 19-year-old playmaker as well, according to A Bola.
According to the news source, the French champions have not yet made an offer, but they need to do it quickly to beat the English teams that are “in the lead” to sign Neves, particularly Manchester United.
He still has four years left on his current Benfica contract, and he has a large 120 million euro release clause protecting him.
The Eagles, however, are reportedly seeking to agree to a sale price of £84.7 million (100 million euros), according to the Portuguese media outlet.
