Currently, Manchester United is trying to sign a third player during the summer transfer window.

After acquiring defender Leny Yoro and striker Joshua Zirkzee, the Premier League’s biggest clubs are now anticipated to concentrate on bringing a midfield player to Old Trafford.

In light of the uncertain futures of Christian Eriksen, Scott McTominay, and Casemiro at the organisation, Erik ten Hag must bring in a new midfield player.

Man United also declined to sign Sofyan Amrabat from Fiorentina on a permanent basis.

However, the Italian publication Corriere dello Sport claims that Man United may try to recruit Amrabat once more this summer—this time on loan, exactly like they did the previous summer.

The 27-year-old played for the Red Devils in 21 Premier League games the previous campaign.

Towards the conclusion of the season, he displayed glimpses of his brilliance and helped the team defeat Manchester City in the FA Cup, despite his inability to establish a permanent spot in the starting lineup.

Man United had the option to pay £17 million to sign Amrabat permanently at the end of the last campaign, but they chose not to use that option.

The Premier League’s biggest clubs have no plans to meet Fiorentina’s asking price for the midfield player.

Amrabat is currently valued at £12.6 million by the Italian team, although the Red Devils are only considering a loan transfer for the Moroccan international.

Man United manager regards Sofyan Amrabat with admiration. According to the official club website, when the Red Devils finalised their signing of the defensive midfielder last summer, United boss ten Hag referred to him as “very dynamic.”

The team needs a fresh midfield player, so he would be thrilled to have him back in his lineup.

With his versatility as a player, Amrabat can play both full-back and midfield, which might be advantageous for the Premier League team.
