I gave him the chance to showcase His talent against Liverpool but He failed woefully,I don’t think I have plans for Him this season because the board wants Him out already and there’s nothing I can do about that”, Erik Ten Hag says Man united star who started Liverpool game yesterday is set to depart Old Trafford in the coming days due to His poor performance in training

After finishing their preseason tour, Manchester United must now make decisions as the countdown to the new season begins.

The preseason has given Manchester United’s young players a great chance to gain crucial playing time to advance their development.

Young players received playing time even in United’s defeat to Liverpool. Despite not having a single Premier League start between them, Harry Amass, Toby Collyer, Rhys Bennett, Will Fish, Ethan Wheatley, Sam Murray, Maxi Oyedele, Sam Mather, and James Scanlon were all involved.

Hannibal Mejbri was one player who did not receive a single minute.

Since then, he has returned to playing more of a reserve role that better matches his place in the team, making cameo appearances against Rangers, Arsenal, and Real Betis.

Although he showed some improvement against the Rangers, his performances in the USA were lacklustre. Erik ten Hag seemed to have had enough.

Despite making several substitutes against Liverpool, Ten Hag did not use Hannibal at all. What interested him more was what the younger players on the circuit might be able to bring to the table.

Hannibal has one yellow card more than chances produced (none) in his four games played.

This statistic shows the areas in which he has regressed. Hannibal moved from Monaco to play in United’s academy, where his inventiveness and passing range truly showed.

However, Hannibal has gained greater notoriety lately for his scrappy traits, forgoing on-ball influence in favour of a more aggressive demeanour.

We may have seen the last of him in a Manchester United shirt, and he is not what the squad needs right now.

Hannibal is about to go.
With first team players returning to Carrington, including Bruno Fernandes, Diogo Dalot, Alejandro Garnacho, and Joshua Zirkzee, difficult choices will need to be made regarding the matchday selections for the Community Shield and the season’s first Premier League match.

Hannibal might not even get to the bench, and if he did, his purpose would be purely statistical.

There is only one year left on the 21-year-old’s deal. In terms of profiting, it’s now or never.

Rangers, a Scottish team, has been linked to Hannibal. Fabrizio Romano told Caught Offside that the Scottish team had “genuine interest” in Hannibal.

In one way or another, and it might take until the last minute, Hannibal will almost definitely be sold.

Erik ten Hag appears to have had enough, since it was always going to be difficult for him to alter this inevitable situation during the preseason.
