With titles in the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, and Carabao Cup, Klopp has elevated the Reds to the status of one of the top teams in England. At the end of the season, he will step down from his position, but in the interim, he is planning another title challenge.

After Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Manchester City, Liverpool is now tied for second place in the top flight with leaders Arsenal only a goal difference ahead of them. Neville praised Klopp for his ties to the Liverpool community after that match.

The two managers, Klopp and Pep Guardiola, are outstanding. On The Gary Neville Podcast, he stated, “I’ve always lean more toward Klopp because he’s clearly worked with great resources here, but less resources than Pep Guardiola.”

He plays more in line with my perception of football. Pep has done an absolutely amazing job at Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, and now again.

However, it’s clear that Klopp has a strong personality and a huge character. He not only connects with his players and the club’s staff, but also with the city, the fans, and his language.

I believe that a great manager accomplishes just that. It’s not just that they are excellent football players. Beyond simply winning football games, they accomplish more. More than just trophies are won by them. People’s lives are impacted by them almost every day or every week. Also, in my opinion, Klopp helps Liverpool achieve that.
