When asked what they thought of Erik ten Hag, the majority of Man Utd supporters indicated he ought to quit the team.

Fans answered a survey on Ten Hag.

In a recent survey, the vast majority of Manchester United supporters expressed their desire for Erik ten Hag to be fired.

After Ten Hag’s crushing loss to Tottenham last weekend, the Manchester Evening News conducted a survey on his future, and 14,300 readers responded with their thoughts.

Readers were given a choice in the survey: either they thought it was time to fire the Dutchman or they think Ten Hag should be given more time.

We can disclose that, following the FA Cup final, 84% of supporters voted to fire Ten Hag, while only 14% supported his continued employment. This indicates a major shift in public sentiment.

After the FA Cup final’s thrilling triumph over Manchester City, most fans chose to preserve Ten Hag in a survey, but sentiment has since sharply changed.

Ten Hag had a lot of support during the summer transfer window when he signed Joshua Zirkzee, Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt, Noussair Mazraoui, and Manuel Ugarte. However, United has only won three games overall, and a loss to Aston Villa this coming weekend could result in Ten Hag’s termination.

Following the team’s FA Cup final victory, 10,082 supporters participated in a survey on Ten Hag’s future. Of them, 78% said he should stay, while only 13% felt he should quit the team.

Even though that historic day at Wembley was just 132 days ago, supporters’ views of Ten Hag have drastically changed, and it’s possible that he’s nearing the end of his time in office.

Managerial changes usually coincide with international breaks. On Sunday afternoon, United will play away from home against Aston Villa, who defeated Bayern Munich earlier in the week.

After that match, the international break will begin, and Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s new football hierarchy will determine whether to stick with Ten Hag or go their own way.

Ruud van Nistelrooy is very well-liked by the players, according to a recent source, and there has been much conjecture that he would step in temporarily.

United has only defeated Fulham, Southampton, and Barnsley thus far this season, ranking 13th in the Premier League.
