(4-3-3) The configuration of Manchester United After firing Ten Hag today, INEOS is scheduled to formally unveil the German tactician under Jurgen Klop.

Thomas Tuchel, a former manager of Chelsea and Bayern Munich, is said to be the front-runner to take over as Manchester United’s next manager.

Due to United’s appalling performance and performance slump, Erik ten Hag is currently under a great deal of pressure.

In their last five games, the Red Devils have lost every one of them in every competition. Following its goalless draw with Aston Villa on Sunday, the team is now in 14th place in the Premier League after only seven games played.

For the first time since the squad’s 3-0 loss to Liverpool last month, Sir Jim Ratcliffe was at Villa Park to witness the team play.

Alongside him were CEO Omar Berrada, sporting director Dan Ashworth, technical director Jason Wilcox, and right-hand man Sir Dave Brailsford.

It is believed that Ten Hag’s future will be a major topic of discussion during an executive meeting that Joel Glazer will also be attending on Tuesday in London.

According to an article published by The Peoples Person, there is a “growing feeling” that the Dutchman would lose his position, even though he has not been told that it is in immediate danger.

To date, a number of successors have been suggested, including Thomas Frank, Graham Potter, Tuchel, and Gareth Southgate.

It was disclosed earlier on Monday that United is “lining up” a move for Tuchel in the case that they decide not to continue their relationship with the troubled Ten Hag.

In an update on that front, David McDonnell of The Mirror said that Tuchel is top of United’s list of possible Ten Hag replacements.

McDonnell states that “Tuchel is the new favorite to succeed Erik ten Hag. Erik ten Hag’s fate will be decided on Tuesday when Manchester United’s hierarchy meet for crunch talks.”

The management chose to stay with Ten Hag and extend his contract by one year after Tuchel’s talks with United in the summer ended without any agreement.

“Despite the breakdown of talks over the summer, Tuchel is still a free agent and is understood to be open to returning to management at Old Trafford.”

Additionally, McDonnell says assistant coach Ruud van Nistelrooy “would be likely” to step in as interim head coach in the event that Ten Hag is fired.
