Winger Antony is expected to depart Manchester United in January, either permanently or on loan, as new head coach Ruben Amorim is prepared to make changes.

During the January transfer window, Antony is prepared to be sold by new Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim.

Under former manager Erik ten Hag, who was eager to get back together with the winger after working with him at Ajax, Antony was a high-profile £86 million acquisition. At Old Trafford, though, the Brazilian hasn’t had much of an impact.

Antony has only managed 12 goals and five assists in 87 games in all competitions. Additionally, a Daily Star report claims that United is willing to consider offers for Antony in January.

According to the source, United is eager to let go of the 24-year-old and is prepared to sell him or loan him out. Amorim is eager to replace him with Sporting’s young prodigy Geovany Quenda.
