Graham Potter has announced his appointment as course co-director for the certificate in Football Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, and Leadership at the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA) Business School.

Potter has been unemployed since his dismissal from Chelsea in April 2023, however remains associated with potential roles in the Premier League following his successful tenures at Brighton and Swansea.

He has most recently engaged in discussions with West Ham, as Julen Lopetegui faces heightened scrutiny and demands for his dismissal from the position as former Wolves manager.

However, if he assumes control at the London Stadium, Potter will need to balance that with his obligations to the PFA. Upon his appointment as certificate co-director, he stated: “Ultimately, education has enabled me to become a better individual and a superior player.”
