As a new strategy to attempt to beat Paris Saint-Germain to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Manchester United has reportedly devised a new plan, and it is possible that Marcus Rashford will be transferred to Napoli as part of this strategy.

Both Rashford and Kvaratskhelia have the potential to negotiate transfer deals during the January transfer window. Because Kvaratskhelia and Napoli have been unable to reach an agreement on a new contract, the winger is now in a position to make a significant transfer during the winter.

While all is going on, Rashford is contemplating taking part in a “new challenge” in the hopes of launching his career away from Manchester United.

United is reportedly working on a solution that might please all parties involved, and a startling swap deal is reportedly on the cards. This information comes from the French publication L’Equipe.

As things stand, Ruben Amorim’s team is ‘in communication’ with Napoli in an effort to prevent Kvaratskhelia from signing with Paris Saint-Germain, who are now in the lead role in the competition for his signature.

It has been asserted that Manchester United is “ready to offer” Rashford to Napoli in order to expedite the trade negotiations.

Rashford’s representatives have already flown to Italy in order to negotiate the future of their client; however, they have communicated with AC Milan and Juventus rather than Napoli.

It should be brought to everyone’s attention that swap arrangements at the highest level are notoriously difficult to pull off. In this particular case, the outcome will be determined by how highly United values Rashford and how much Napoli values Kvaratskhelia.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Napoli has requested that Paris Saint-Germain pay them €80 million (£67 million or $82 million) for the Georgia international player. Given that United is rumoured to be seeking over sixty million pounds for Rashford, there may be some room for bargaining.

In the evening of Friday, Barcelona entered the race for Rashford, and they are attempting to catch up to Milan in order to get his services.

A report that was published by TEAMtalk on January 5 claimed that both Manchester United and Liverpool are fans of Kvaratskhelia. At that point, it appeared that a settlement would be tough to reach in January; nevertheless, things have progressed in recent days.

There are rumours that Liverpool is contemplating a trade of their own for the 23-year-old midfielder, with Darwin Nunez and Federico Chiesa being two players who might be handed to Napoli in exchange for the player.

The current situation is that Paris Saint-Germain are in the driver’s seat to acquire Kvaratskhelia, since they have engaged in direct discussions with Napoli. But there are significant Premier League teams waiting in the wings.

Two players leave Manchester United following Rashford, and a striker does a U-turn

While everything is going on, Sir Jim Ratcliffe is aiming to get go of two other high-earning players in addition to Rashford.

Getting rid of Casemiro and Antony is the next item on Ratcliffe’s list of targets since doing so will free up a significant amount of space on United’s salary bill.

Although Antony may be more difficult to sell due to the fact that he has turned down an offer from Olympiacos, Casemiro is getting closer and closer to making a transfer to the Saudi Pro League.

Additionally, Joshua Zirkzee is another player who has been widely connected with leaving Old Trafford over the course of the past several months.

As a result of his failure to live up to the £36.5 million price tag that United placed on him, the striker has been contemplating a move to Juventus.

On the other hand, Florian Plettenberg claims that Zirkzee has made a full about-face about his future and is now considering staying with United, at least until the conclusion of the current season.

Amorim is having a difficult time with Rashford.
