Arsenal hero Emmanuel Petit claims that in the hierarchy of Premier League managers, Jurgen Klopp has surpassed Arsene Wenger.

Because of his achievements at Borussia Dortmund and Anfield, the departing manager of Liverpool is regarded as one of the greatest managers of his generation.

With his eye-catching, high-pressing style of football, the German has won the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, two League Cups, and Club World Cup since joining the Reds in 2015.

And with Liverpool still in the running for the Premier League, FA Cup, and Europa League, he has one more chance to add to his collection of trophies before he departs at the end of the current campaign.

Sir Alex Ferguson, Pep Guardiola, Jose Mourinho, and Arsene Wenger are frequently regarded as the greatest four Premier League managers of all time, with Klopp sitting just outside of that group because he has only won the title once.

However, Petit, who was a part of Wenger’s first three championship victories, thinks the Liverpool icon has surpassed Arsenal’s greatest manager of all time.

The former midfielder told OCB Scores, “You would have to say Arsene Wenger has been surpassed by Klopp because he has won the Premier League and Champions League as well as both the FA Cup and League Cup so it speaks for itself.”
