Sad News : Mo Salah Wife And Two Kids Died In Motor Accident This Morning

Sadly, Mo Salah’s wife and two children perished in a car crash this morning.

VIEWS Salah signs a new deal with Liverpool, Xabi Alonso calls, and Edwards’ next few months are ideal
Michael Edwards has joined FSG, and preparations are underway for his replacement at Liverpool under Jürgen Klopp. This is how the next several months would look in a perfect world.

There were several reasons to find the news that Michael Edwards had joined FSG on Tuesday, which was confirmed, interesting. First of all, the return of the best in class to the building will have a significant effect on Liverpool.

Because of Edwards’ past success at Anfield, FSG made a strong pitch to him. Richard Hughes, a man Edwards is acquainted with, seems to be joining Liverpool as the new sporting director. When Jürgen Klopp departs in the summer, there will undoubtedly be a new manager in charge.

There will be a ton of work on the three new appointments’ agendas. Although it’s unclear who will accept each one, we do know that Edwards will find another football team to buy and run alongside Liverpool as part of the FSG plan.

Should Hughes be appointed as the new sporting director, he will assume daily responsibility for Liverpool and oversee tasks such as overseeing transfer negotiations. Setting goals has always involved working with others.

But over the coming months, there will be a lot to sort out. In a perfect world, Liverpool.com has compiled a list of what will transpire at Anfield during the upcoming period, during which a lot of things will change off the field.

Trent Alexander-Arnold, Mohamed Salah, and Virgil van Dijk have all signed new contracts that expire in 2025, so Liverpool hasn’t given themselves a lot of time to arrange extensions. That needs to be your top priority right now.

It’s evident that Alexander-Arnold has a long career ahead of him. While Van Dijk and Salah are significantly older than he is, they both still have a lot to offer. All three should ideally sign new contracts, with Alexander-Arnold having a longer term extension than the older two.

Excellent choice regarding Xabi Alonso
Most people seem to think that Xabi Alonso would be ideal for Liverpool. What needs to be determined, though, is whether his position at Bayer Leverkusen has sufficient evidence to imply that it can translate.

With a team that has never won the Bundesliga before, Alonso has done wonders, and it looks inevitable that they will go on and win the league. However, Liverpool should also take into account other players who have a longer track record of elite performance.

Right now, most people believe Alonso is the most likely to succeed Klopp. With the aid of far more advanced data, it will be up to Edwards and Liverpool to ascertain if that is also their understanding.

After he makes that choice, a pitch can be presented to him in a way that honors Leverkusen’s title challenge. With the establishment of the Edwards and sporting director structure, that pitch is much more obvious.

Plans are in place for a summer transfer.
Even though Hughes will remain at Bournemouth until the end of the season, if he is appointed as the new sporting director, Liverpool will have time to organize their summer schedule. Large changes would not be desirable and are not necessary.

It makes more sense for Liverpool to have more stable personnel on the field when a new head coach takes over, which is why some important players’ new contracts are so crucial. The team is young and strong enough to avoid major surgery, but it wouldn’t hurt to have a few more bodies.

While another midfielder would not be a bad thing, even if Bobby Clark continues to develop and Stefan Bajčetić returns to the team, another center-back seems essential, particularly if JoÑl Matip moves on. Considering that the Champions League will feature more (and harder) games the following season, a few high-caliber additions are required, but nothing beyond that.
