Real Reason why Atletico Madrid teammate is expecting improvement from Julian Alvarez
One of the most expensive transfers of the summer transfer season involved Julian Alvarez, who moved from Manchester City to Atletico Madrid. Nevertheless, he has only managed three goals in 11 games across all competitions during his sluggish start to life at the Metropolitano.
Alvarez has drawn criticism as a result, despite Atleti’s continued high level of confidence in his ability to improve. La Arana’s club and international teammate Rodrigo De Paul recently discussed this (via MD).
