The Main Reason Why Fans fight in stands at France vs Israel despite police beefing up security
During France’s game versus Israel, spectators were observed fighting.

Despite local authorities stepping up security for the match, unrest broke out in the fans during France’s Nations League match against Israel.
Two groups of supporters were seen on camera agitating one another before a brawl broke out, with one group of fans surging at the other. Several people were observed fleeing the violence that occurred during the game’s first half.
The unpleasant event, which lasted for two minutes, happened in the stand where Israel supporters were seated, according to RMC Sport. About fifty people were involved, according to the report, and stewards stepped in to establish a perimeter and bring about order.
After the violence subsided, a group of pro-Israel fans reportedly started screaming, “Free the hostages, free the hostages.”
Authorities sent more police personnel since the game at the Stade de France was considered a high-risk match. With less than 20,000 tickets sold for the 80,000-seat stadium, there were a lot of empty seats in the ground.
Following the hooliganism and antisemitism Israeli supporters encountered at Maccabi Tel Aviv’s match against Ajax last week, authorities took action to stop violence from erupting.
When it came to handling any possible disturbance, French police chief Laurent Nunez stated that his men will take lessons from the events that transpired in the Netherlands.
He stated, “What we learnt from Amsterdam is that we need to be present in the public space including far away from the stadium,” as reported by The Telegraph.
In the hours leading up to the game, hundreds of people attended a number of pro-Palestine demonstrations in Paris. Before kickoff, the Israeli anthem was played throughout the stadium, and some spectators could be heard whistling it.
Before the game, French President Emmanuel Macron, who was present, told TV station BFMTV: “We will not tolerate antisemitism anywhere. Neither violence nor intimidation will ever win, not even in the French Republic.
